Established luxury vacation, real estate and property management company located in Marina del Rey seeks a dynamic and personable Office Assistant. Successful candidate will have proven ability to multi-task and provide superior customer service. Individual will answer phones, provide administrative support, data entry, and reception duty. Company offers a casual work environment and longevity for an enterprising individual. This position provides health benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and travel opportunities.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years office experience with MS Office applications and type 50 WPM. Knowledge of Act/Accounting program a plus. Must possess excellent written/oral communication skills and detail-oriented. Must have valid Driver’s License and minimum insurance required.
