Harris Shepard Public Relations, Inc., an agency specializing in the beauty industry and recently named by Women’s Wear Daily as one of the top public relations firms in the country, is looking for a personal assistant to the president.



Harris Shepard Public Relations, Inc. is a high-energy, deadline-oriented environment. Multi-tasking, flexibility, and being a team player are essential qualities.



The ideal candidate:



• Has outstanding organizational skills

• Is very computer literate

• Has excellent communication skills

• Has impeccable references

• Will have a great attitude and be a team player

• Will be able to maintain a level of confidentiality

• Has two years previous experience as an assistant

• Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks



Job responsibilities will include:



• Maintaining calendar

• Arranging all travel details

• Booking editorial tours

• Maintaining personal records

• Clerical duties (correspondence, filing, faxing, etc)

• Off site duties will include a variety of personal errands

• Assist with front office duties when needed

• Heavy phone work

• Organizing and processing expense reports

• Assist with special projects as needed





This is a full-time position. Century City location. Employees receive medical and dental benefits, paid parking, and a profit-sharing plan that are fully paid by the employer.
