Serramonte Ford, the largest Ford dealership on the San Francisco peninsula and top 5 in volume in Northern California, is seeking a progressive and aggressive GSM. Strong candidates will possess the following; proven ability to lead a sales force in the automotive industry, solid organizational and time management skills, and the ability to effectively handle/communicate/negotiate with a variety of customers. Ability to mentor, coach, and train sales people and assistant managers. Focused attention, motivation and ability to drive sales, desk deals and maximize all 5 areas of gross profit. Must possess a solid background that would include a minimum of 5 years experience in automotive sales at the dealership level.
