Wanted: Real Estate Assistant (Marketing and Administrative Manager) for top-producing Beverly Hills Realtor. The successfull candidate will ideally have some college education and possess abundant intellectual curiousity, a self-starter and fast-learner capable of thinking on his or her feet with little supervision. Responsibilities will include: answering the phone, maintaining filing systems and contact database, advertising and marketing, back office support, handling customer inquiries, keeping the books, generating financial reports, managing real estate transactions, maintaining the website, along with significant client interaction inside and outside the office. Must be computer savvy, proficient in Outlook, Word, some Excel - real estate software experience a plus (theMLS.com, Winforms, Top Producer). Residential real estate experience and active California Real Estate license preferred but not mandatory. Education, background or interest in architecture, history and/or fine arts a plus.
