Medical Sales - 65K to 80K

Come be a part of our rapidly growing company! Bright Ideas Marketing (BIM), a company that provides a unique method of marketing and advertising for the dental community, is currently seeking an Account Acquisition Representative (AAR) to join us in our expansion.



The AAR must have a minimum of 3 years outside sales experience, preferably within the dental or medical industry. The basic qualifications are as follows:



Strong prospecting and appointment setting abilities.

Documented success in previous quota-driven outside sales positions.

Experience selling a concept or service.

Excellent relationship and rapport building abilities.

Must possess outstanding time management and organizational skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but will consider candidates with an exceptional sales record in the medical industry.

Candidates who have contacts within the dental community are especially desired.



The primary function of this position is to obtain new dentists for our marketing program. For the right person, this is an exciting and rewarding opportunity. Not only will you be a part of a rapidly growing company in a fun, fast paced environment, but you will also play an important role in perpetuating the most innovative marketing approach available to the dental community today.



The position will require travel within Los Angeles and Orange counties, so it is required that the AAR resides in the general area. Overnight travel will also be required on occasion.



Compensation is a base salary plus commission.
