Sales Assistant/Customer Service
ABA is a master distributor of Cable products in Carson. We have an immediate opening for a Sales Assistant/customer service position.
Job tasks include: • Answering incoming telephone calls. • Completing product sales over the telephone. • Addressing customer questions through email. • Resolving product and delivery problems for customers. Assisting Sales rep in serving customers.
Requirements:
experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel).
• Pleasant phone demeanor required.
• Typing and writing skills.
• Must have minimum of high school education.
• The ability to learn new tasks quickly, and juggle multiple tasks.
Hours
• Approximate hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 16:30 PM; Or part time
