8/25-8/28: LOOKING FOR INVESTORS FOR BAR AND GRILL NEAR USC

Tree House Bar and Grill Investment Plan



The Tree House Multimedia Event Venue is preparing to convert a portion of it’s 6,000 sqft complex into a Bar and Grill (to be named later). We have a deal that will bring a liquor license in 2 months time (the legal amount of time for a transfer and for paper work to be completed. We are currently seeking investors to fund the remodeling and usage conversion project.



The Tree House Event Venue is located half a mile east of the USC campus and 2 miles south of the heart of downtown Los Angeles. We currently feature a 3,000 square foot dance floor/auditorium as well as 2500 square feet of lounge space and VIP Rooms. Our main room is equipped with state of the art DMX lighting and a high quality JBL sound. We’ve had a wide variety of events at our facility including but not limited to dance clubs, fashion shows, private parties, electronic music events, music performances, comedic performances, art shows, rap battles, and conventions.



The Tree House was established in 2002 in Hollywood, CA. It was relocated to downtown Los Angeles in the Fall of 2005. Since, its establishment, the Tree House has been dedicated to providing quality events to a wide range of clients and patrons. We look to bring Los Angeles diverse populations together in a safe and enjoyable environment.



We are currently targeting an investment of 20,000 dollars. The money would be paid back within 5 years but not sooner than 2 years. The principle we be paid back monthly as well as 5% of the Bar and Grill profits. This is a great opportunity to invest in a dynamic entertainment company in rapidly developing area.
