We are currently looking for an MIS Manager.



Position Function

The MIS Manager leads day to day to day activities for Management Information Systems (MIS). The individual collaborates with local staff and MIS to clarify local issues, define local priorities, determine realistic MIS timeframes and ensure that MIS meets customer needs. Responsible for implementation and support of new Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) ERP system throughout manufacturing, sales and distribution departments. Knowledge and experience as System Administrator of SQL Server database.



Position Requirements

* Management experience with a small MIS staff

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Navision), SQL Server, custom applications, EDI processes and applications

* Thorough technical knowledge of ERP systems and project management

* Strong analytical aptitude

* Professional oral and written communication sills: ability to communicate with all levels of management

* Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment

* Good problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

* Ability to direct, lead and motivate

* Strong leadership skills



Minimum Education/Experience

* BS Computer Science or related field

* Microsoft Dynamics Certification

* MS Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA)

* Minimum 5 years post-baccalaureate, progressive experience including at least 2 years with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

* 2-4 years of supervisory or lead experience

Navision Experience preferred.
