Secretary/Personal assistant

A home-based electronics company is looking for a part-time secretary/personal assistant to start in early September.





Duties will include:


- dealing with customers


- correspondence


- managing orders


- handling and shipping of products


- maintaining schedule & calendar


- additional tasks as necessary (shopping, paying bills, making appointments)





Requirements


A reliable and honest person who is punctual and efficient.


- good communication skills


- Internet skills


- Microsoft office skills


- flexible and teachable


- ability to speak a European language is a plus


- knowledge of electronics is a big plus





We offer flexible hours (about 30 hours/week) and an environment where you will be treated as a friend not an employee. The current secretary will provide all necessary training. We offer the opportunity to work independently and welcome your ideas for improvement.





This is a part-time job, great for students. We would like you to work about 30 hours a week. Hours are flexible. We offer $10 per hour for start, after getting experienced we will rise your salary.
