Summary



An executive sales position representing Legal Process services, with the opportunity to sell related paralegal, legal research and contract related services.



Position Description



We are seeking full time Direct Sales professionals to lead the growth of our Legal Process services at Evalueserve. Candidates should be comfortable with the sale and management of custom Legal Process services projects targeted at senior level executives.



As an Evalueserve Client Executive you will sell and manage custom, strategy level engagements. Each project is unique in scope, topic, deliverable, and timeframe. Our work environment is nimble and fast-paced.



Responsibilities

•Build a territory using your extensive network of contacts as well as new contacts that you will develop

•Represent Evalueserve Legal Process solutions to prospective Clients

•Close profitable business

•Stay engaged with your sold projects (high level involvement) to insure Client delight

•Effectively “mine” your existing Clients to expand your territory and revenues



Requirements



•2 + years in selling professional services.

•Bachelors degree necessary, graduate degree preferred

•Extensive network of legal service industry contacts, and ability to expand and develop a larger sales network via cold-calling to :

-In-house lawyers/counsels at medium and large-sized companies

-Partners at small, medium and large law firms

-Decision makers at legal publishing houses and legal database providers

-Principles or partners of Legal Recruitment firms

•Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
