2 gay males looking to share a room

We are looking for 1 bedroom to share, preferably a master bedroom with walk in closet and own bathroom. we are open to smaller but not to small, remember there are 2 of us =] .. we are looking for anything from 800-1300 .. move in ASAP.. our school is in west la, and his work is in torrance at the moment and will be transferred to santa monica.. so something not to far from there.. he currently has to make the drive from studio city all the way to torrance...
you- age/gender doesnt matter to us.. we want to live with someone who is down to earth, gay friendly, doesnt have cats, a dog is ok as long as it doesnt go in our room ... (i have asthma)

i am a full time student and work full time. im a very down to earth person and can get along with everyone. im a people person... i love being outdoors either at the beach, playing a sport, or maybe a barbeque at home .. i dont excercise as often as id like to so im going to join a gym soon =] .. i like to have a set schedule but i am also very spontaneus.. i like things to be clean and in its place... i LOVE food but i dont really know how to cook so i eat out alot.
logan- 19
is a full time student and works full time as an EMT. he loves the beach and the outdoor vibe also.. hes going to join a gym with me because neither 1 of us work out like we should... he is very friendly and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. he is also very quiet.
spike- hes a bearded dragon, kind of like a lizard i guess, i took him from a bad home and i have had him for a little over a year, we are very attatched to him so we dont want to get rid of him.. he is very calm and not violent at all, if anything he will lick people.. however we dont take him out of his tank... he doesnt make any kind of noises, smells or messes, is it kind of like having a fish tank... only we dont have to clean the water out =] .. i do clean his tank 1-2 times a month and i do have to give him a bath once a week.. (sit him in water for 10-15 mins) .. he enjoys his baths and trys to drink all the water..
