Description: We are looking for a talented development manager with strong technical expertise and excellent leadership ability. You will manage a team of 6 - 10 world-class developers working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment. You will ensure your team builds a market leading mobile services product while always enhancing our software architecture and maintaining high quality. You will also ensure that your team is highly productive and collaborate closely with program management, QA, and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills/Experience:
2+ years of software development management experience.
5+ years of software development experience as a individual contributor.
A proven track record of delivering innovative products on tight schedules.
Strong knowledge and experience in object oriented design (especially with Java), database, and web programming.
Ability to establish credibility with smart developers quickly.
Proven track record of building and improving a motivated and productive development team
Possesses excellent communication both verbal and written.
Experience in Agile environments
BS degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.
