studio/1br/loft/single/bachelor, full kitchen w/ stove/oven & refridgerator, 1ba, carpet, walking closet, pool, utility included, good neighbourhood, minimum 6mth lease, parking available(better not street parking), within 20mi to SMC(Santa Monica college).

i'm not moving in until 31st Jan, 2008. and i'm a 20-year-old asian female student at SMC with a steady income from my part-time job and parents. if the place is great, i'll rent for a long time that can be a couple years.
