June topics include, “Emotional Eating—Finally Breaking Free, “How to De-Stress and Eat Less,” “Can God Stop a Binge – Spiritual Weight Loss that Works” and “Feelings: The Nemesis of Every Emotional Eater.”

Upcoming workshops will address issues including “people pleasing”, managing unmanageable finances and other concerns common to emotional eaters. The workshop fee is $30 per session. Pre-registration is required at www.betotallyfree.com. (Click “Register Now”). The West L.A. event location will be e-mailed to participants upon completion of online registration.

In order to be effective, any program dealing with emotional eating and other lifelong addictions, must deal with the underlying root causes of the addictive behavior. Tricia Greaves, founder of Be Totally Free! is leading a series of workshops on how to identify and heal the issues related to emotional eating. The sessions are especially effective for people who have tried and exhausted all other means of recovery.

Be Totally Free! (BTF) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people break free from emotional eating, eating disorders, obesity and all addictions. Rather than focusing on the symptoms, BTF shows people how they can end the vicious cycle of emotional eating and addictions by addressing and healing the root causes. Through educational workshops, seminars, an online community, and a transformational mentorship program, BTF fosters an environment of safety and camaraderie in which each client can learn to “be totally free.” BTF’s team of experienced volunteers, comprised of successful clients, contribute their time, personal experience, and inspiration to newer clients. The organization, based in Los Angeles, specializes in helping those who have exhausted all other means of recovery.
