Im looking for someone that could take over the lease. it has a bedroom, a bathroom, a big living room and a kitchen (with stove, ref and dish washer). The building has a gym, pool, parking space and a laundry facility. has convinience stores nearby and it's transport accessible (via metro train, metro bus etc).
