This is definitely a very special sushi place. I couldn't believe how elegant the place looked. The food was also very unique as welll. I would definitely recommend the fresh eel. I will definitely be coming back here.
AMAZING. This is really like the greatest sushi ever. You can just get standard pieces of sushi and sashimi that are great and fresh or you can get tons and tons of really exciting creative dishes. My favorite is the albacore tuna in an eggplant. There's also the delicious spicy tuna on fried rice balls. I wasn't crazy about the albacore meatballs but that's just because I've never been a fan of ground fish. No salmon burgers for me! The drinks are also quite good... And if you're into celebrity sightings, Paris Hilton and others will show up from time to time. Not that I like Paris Hilton. I really don't. She's defintiely lame, but it's still something to tell your friend and co-workers about. And you can also write to the blogs and tell them what she was eating... Anyway, back to the food. It's incredible. Katsuya has other locations but this is the most central and the prices are really good for this quality. Matsuhisa is great but this is just as good and over half the price.
