I think that Sky Minor is a fair and realistic mortgage broker. When I first found his company online I was getting quotes (good faith estimates) from many mortgage companies. I contacted several other mortgage lenders to find the best rate that I could and I ended up going with a big bank instead. After I got my appraisal on the property that I am buying (and the whole reason I need a mortgage broker), the bank started telling me all of these things that were going wrong. They did not tell me up front that they would be needing all of the things that they demanded after the home loan process got started. Well, they ended up cancelling the process. I was really scared that I would not get the property but I remembered how up front Sky Minor had been when I called him about a mortgage loan. I called him again and he instantly went to work, he has ordering me to send him tax returns, bank statements and all kinds of other things but in the end, he came through for me and I got the house. I would recommend Sky Minor as a mortgage broker without question if you are trying to buy a home in LA.

Clear Sky Lending did a good job closing my 1.35m purchase mortgage back in 2007. It seemed like Sky Minor got a lot of information from me at first, like cancelled rent checks from my landlord for 12 months and also three years of tax returns, but after I had to go digging for all those items, the loan closed easily and ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to anyone.
