Great sandwiches! Be sure to ask for a "double dipped"!

From the moment you enter you know your someplace special. The floor is covered in sawdust. And you won't find any comfy booths. Seating is plentiful at the many picnic tables inside. This is not the place to go if you are in a hurry as it can take awhile to work your way up to the counter. Once there however you will find yourself rewarded with some of the most amazing food in Los Angeles at good old fashioned prices. The main attraction here is the fabulous beef dips. Also I personally recommend a fresh cut pickle, slice of pie and a fresh squeezed lemonade to accompany that wonderful sandwich. This is a great place to go to escape the everyday as it feels like a trip back in time.
