I Agree with everything being said. I live at the Serrrano Ave. building in East Hollywood. The building is filthy and stinks like ass. There are no amenities here, yet the rent is super high. There is no where on the property for one to sit outside and enjoy their home. Roaches galore!!! Everytime you turn around, there is a financial increase. now they have all of the tenants paying an extra $2.96 with their rent because of the City's Enforcement Code fee, and the tenants were notified of this 2 days before the rent was due. Also, there is no rent grace period here as there are EVERY WHERE else. Usually you are given 3 or 5 days grace, (especially needed now in a recession), but not this company. Rents are considered late on the 2nd of the month, and there is a 10% assessed penalty, and they want it now, or face eviction. this company is horrible, and they advertise on Craigslist and unless you are desperate, just need somewhere to lay your head for a year, then this would be okay, but as far as a place to call home, not a chance. the water is very dirty here, and they try and blame it on the water department, yet if you go around the corner to Mc Donald's the water is crystal clear. This company will take you for every thing they can. I think they prey and play on the foreigners, because they don't know the law.

Hello My name is Tracy We live at 1225 Cherokee Ave ! OMG (People Stay away ) im a licensed realtor we moved in to no electric in bedroom or bath or any lights, then the tub was full of hair rusting nasty! Since then our dishwasher broke it took them weeeks with stinky water in our kitchen next (They change deposits and ask you for more on the fly! We moved in they said 1 month deposit it changed to 2 months then 1.5 people dont do this to yourself 1 call me if you want more info at 323-786-0316 Also im a clean nut and (Roaches) they say none just look in the courtyard 1 Also they breach( The fair Housing Act and Laws)

IN CLOSING I LIKE THE RESIDENTS HERE AND THE NEW MANAGER VIVIAN IS TRYING HARD ! HOWEVER

Oh yes i just moved and from The pines apartments in Van Nuys, if they think i am not getting any thing bk from my 2,000.00 Deposit bk they will know what could happen so pls do not try to live in any manegment owned by them they also call Imigration on tenants.

Leaking pipes, awful managers, nothing ever gets fixed on time.
The company rarely returns your phone calls when you call to complain about things. Water turned off at random. Hot water from the cold faucet and cold water from the hot faucet.
Someone needs to organize all the tenants from each building and have one large class action law suit against these jokers.
My friend lived at the Sepulveda units and she said she once caught a hooker having sex in the laundry room at 3 am (my friend was going to walk her dog).
They also turn off the hot water there between midnight and 5 a.m. HORRIBLE units, even more HORRIBLE, money hungry management.
the manager in 7357 sepulveda have no idea what a manager work is .they dont even speak english and the building is filthy 24/7 kids screaming all the time,laundry open all day long people doing laundry at 7am til 1am no respect for nothing.managers if you dont know what to do why dont you look for work in Mc donald
i live on burnet ave in north hills , roaches galore ! my husband has spent alot of time and money to finally bring the roaches down to a minimum !
the mgrs are jerks , wont let the kids play , takes their toys from them and every single month since i moved in they shut the water off for a day !! how do they repair stuff everysingle month ???! this last weekend they shut off the water without warning ! now i hear from everybody that they arent going to give me my deposit back !!! what that is 1500 dollars !! this is crazy !!

OMG, i am trying to find a physical address for them to serve them court papers for the same reason, they stole my deposit and won't give it back. i lived in 112, apartment was invaded with roaches all over the place to the point i wouldn't even cook... THIS PROPETY REALLY STINKS I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR THE PAST 11 MONTHS AND THEY ALREADY ASKING ME FOR $275 SUPPOSEVILY FROM BACK PAY RENT, THE MANAGER OF THE BUILDING IN PANORAMA CITY SAYS THAT OUR RENT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE $950 BUT WE HAVE BEEN PAYING $925 FOR THE MONTHS WE'VE BEEN HERE, SO NOW THEY SAY THAT IS UR FAULT...WELL I THINK THERE IS SOMETHING FISHY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY TEND TO TURN OFF THE WATER WITH OUT NOTICE FOR HOURS ON END BECAUSE THEY ARE IXING THE OLD PIPES SO IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO MOVE IN HERE GO SOME WHERE ELSE BECAUSE THEY ARE BIG TIME THEIFS. SO THE ONLY THING GOOD IS THAT THEY LET YOU HAVE A PET BUT OTHER THAN THAT THERE MANAGEMENT REALLY SUCKS ASS PLEASE DON'T LE THIS HAPPEN TO YOU;RENTER BE WARE OF THE SHARKS THAT ARE OUT THERE....
you are totally right.Im living in the building in 7357 sepulveda own by the same company and the manager doesn't speak english, and dont know what to do.Building is filthy 24/7 laundry never close and kids screming all the time,no respect for nothing and the manager doing nothing.If you dont know how to be a manager go to work to Mc donald instead a manager ?

I live there too, and nothing before you move in is told to you, especially about the rent being due only on the first and no grace period, and then if your late its a 10% late fee of whatever your rent is and it has bugs galore, and they want to charge you for everything nothing is provided
